Are you interested in exploring the Sound of Soul, a simple spiritual technique that opens your heart to inner guidance?  You are invited to join other seekers in chanting this ancient mantra, HU, for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a facilitator-led spiritual discussion in which you are invited to share your spiritual experiences and ask your questions.
