Please join us on Thursday, April 18, 2024, 7:30 pm–8:30 pm for an online contemplation and conversation, a Sound of Soul event focusing on techniques that can lead to “Letting God Speak to You.”

Singing HU carries many benefits of healing and upliftment. This spiritual practice aligns Soul with higher states of love, wisdom, and awareness.

At a Sound of Soul event, join with others in chanting this ancient mantra for about 12 minutes, and embark on a short contemplation that follows in silence. Afterward, enjoy an open discussion on the spiritual questions, insights, and experiences that you and others may have.

Myriam Myrthil, the facilitator for this Sound of Soul event, is looking forward to sharing this special hour with you, exploring the sacred and transformative sound of HU.

We welcome people of all faiths, spiritual beliefs and backgrounds.
