The song of HU, sung or chanted each day for several minutes, can bring us to a higher state of consciousness that opens the door to Divine Love. This gift of an open heart helps us deal with daily challenges with grace and patience. You may experience a connection to Divine Spirit that touches those around you. Join us to experience and discuss the benefits of singing HU!

You are warmly invited to attend an in-person Sound of Soul event that offers a HU chant, contemplative time, and spiritual conversation with others of like heart.
This event, titled “HU—A Song of the Heart,” will take place on Monday, June 17, 2024, 6:15 pm–7:30 pm, at 2 Library Lane, New Hartford, NY 13413 (New Hartford Public Library, Sammon Room, downstairs.)
