There will be an opportunity to listen to the Sound of HU, enjoy a silent contemplation, and share any spiritual insights, or focus that may arise.

Please join us on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 12:30 pm–1:30 pm for an online Sound of Soul Event and experience the heightened awareness of Soul through singing and listening to the HU sound.
HU is the creative source of Divine Intelligence within all creation. This Divine principle brings guidance, blessings, protection, creative expression, and healing.
During a Sound of Soul event, you can join others in chanting this ancient mantra of HU for about twelve minutes, followed by a silent contemplation. There will be a spiritual discussion afterwards on any ideas, spiritual experiences or topics you would like to share.
