Come and learn your true Identity – Singing HU followed by Spiritual Discussion

Discover that we are Soul, a divine part of God, to achieve spiritual freedom. Explore the sacred sound of HU as it uplifts all of your life.

Singing HU, the Sound of Soul, can open the heart and awaken the divine state of consciousness within us. This event will begin with a 12-minute HU chant and a few minutes of silent contemplation. An open-ended, casual conversation follows the HU song during which everyone will have the opportunity to share, ask questions, or just listen. Join us to learn an easy way to experience the higher awareness of Soul and enjoy spiritual freedom.

You are warmly invited to attend an in-person Sound of Soul event, titled “Come and learn know your true identity – Singing HU followed by Spiritual Discussion” on Thursday, April 24, 2025, 7:30 pm–8:30 pm.

This Eckankar in Long Island sponsored event will be held at the Long Island Welcome Center, 5100 Long Island Expressway (Eastbound, between Exits 51 and 52), Dix Hills, NY 11746.

HU is a sacred mantra—the Sound behind all sounds. An ancient name for God, HU is a carrier of love between God and Soul. Singing HU can bring healing for body, mind and spirit.
Frank Derasmo, a student of Eckankar, is the facilitator for this event. He is looking forward to sharing techniques with you that open your heart and can change your life. We welcome you to invite your friends and family.
