Fridays are your chance to mingle with our diverse spiritual community. This Friday evening, join us for our Sound of Soul event which includes chanting the sacred sound of HU, followed by the spiritual discussion, “Developing a Powerful Spiritual Practice.”

Please Note: This event is in a temporary location until we move into our new ECK Center.

What’s happening this Friday
6:15 pm – 6:50pm: Sound of Soul Event 

You are invited to join others in chanting HU, an ancient mantra, for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion in which you are invited to share your spiritual experiences, ideas, and questions.

7:00 pm–8:15 pm: Spiritual Discussion: “Developing a Powerful Spiritual Practice”
Join us for this compelling spiritual discussion.
We will explore how cultivating an intentional spiritual foundation provides the unwavering clarity and inner peace needed to navigate high-stakes environments and life’s unexpected transitions. Let’s discuss what are the elements or steps we can take to create and sustain that spiritual foundation and the practice to sustain it.

We welcome people from all teachings, backgrounds, and experience levels. Come ready to listen, ask questions, and share your own spiritual journey with others.

8:15 pm–9:00 pm: Fellowship
Fellowship is your chance to meet with old friends, meet new ones, and share stories. Sometimes these spontaneous moments are where the deepest connections and conversations happen.
