Experience how singing HU—a sacred name for God—as a non-directed prayer can fill your heart with divine love and allow the blessings of Spirit to bring insight and inner guidance. After the opening HU chant, join a welcoming discussion on how a spiritual viewpoint can help you navigate, and maybe resolve, life’s challenges. You’re invited to share experiences, explore insights, and ask questions.
