Experience this special in-person spiritual discussion event called ECK Roundtables where you can explore a spiritual topic with up to 12 people in a lively discussion, led by a specially trained ECK Spiritual Aide. Don’t miss this opportunity to join in this engaging and transformative conversation.
If the only constant thing is change and if change can be stressful, how can our love for God help us find balance? Come discuss the ways the ECK Spiritual Exercises and our spiritual gifts help us navigate ever changing times.

You are welcome to join us for an ECK Roundtable spiritual discussion titled, “What is Your Center of Gravity in Times of Change?”. The discussion will be led by Ann-Marie White, an ECK Spiritual Aide. This event will be held in person on Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 2:00 pm–3:00 pm at The New York City Eckankar Center, 4 West 43rd Street, Suite 503, New York, NY 10036.
