Fridays are your chance to mingle with our diverse spiritual community! Come any time during our afternoon open house. In the evening, join us for our Sound of Soul event and Roundtable Spiritual Discussions.
Please Note: The building where our ECK Center is located has been sold, and we are relocating the Center. Starting May 8, until we have found our new permanent location, we will continue our Friday events in the meeting room at 240 E 53rd St., New York, NY 10022 at the Quest Bookshop. Because of our NY Soul Adventure Seminar, April 24–26, and packing our Center, this will be our last Friday event in our current ECK Center.

4:00 – 6:00: Open House & Individual Spiritual Study
Feel free to stop by and visit. Hosts are available to answer questions, orient you to ECK books or materials, and give you a tour of our home in NYC. If you’re looking for a quiet moment to do a spiritual exercise, read a book, or maybe even meet with a friend, this is a great time to visit. It’s also a great time to learn more about Eckankar if you’ve got questions!
6:15 pm – 6:50pm Sound of Soul Event: Revitalize and Renew with the Sacred Sound of HU.
Experience this High Vibrational Sound; it may be Your Key to a Powerful Daily Spiritual Practice!
At a Sound of Soul event, join others in chanting this ancient mantra for about 12-minutes, continuing to allow this uplifting vibration to be experienced in a few moments of quiet contemplation. Afterwards, enjoy an open spiritual discussion on any questions, insights and experiences that you may have.

7:00 pm–8:15 pm: Roundtable Spiritual Discussions
Engage in spiritual roundtables to deepen your understanding of life.
Experience this special in-person spiritual discussion event called ECK Roundtables where you can explore a spiritual topic with up to 12 people in a lively discussion, led by a specially trained ECK Spiritual Aide. There will be two topics for these Roundtables: “Be Yourself and Serve All Life-a Step Toward Mastership” and “Handling Conflict with Love and Grace.”
Don’t miss this opportunity to join in one of these engaging and transformative conversations.
8:15 pm–9:30 pm: Fellowship
Fellowship is your chance to meet with old friends, meet new ones, share stories, and laugh a lot. Sometimes these spontaneous moments are where the deepest connections and conversations happen.
