Fridays are your chance to mingle with our diverse spiritual community. Come to our open house during the afternoon. This Friday evening, join us for our Sound of Soul event and spiritual discussion, “Nightly Dream Experiences—NDEs without Nearly Dying!”
Please Note: The building where our ECK Center is located has been sold and we are relocating the Center. Starting May 8, until we have found our new permanent location, we will continue our Friday events in the meeting room at 240 E 53rd St., New York, NY 10022 at the Quest Bookshop. Because of our NY Soul Adventure Seminar, April 24-26, and packing our Center, our last Friday event in our current ECK Center will be April 17.

What’s happening this Friday
4:00 – 6:00: Open House & Individual Spiritual Study
Feel free to stop by and visit. Hosts are available to answer questions, orient you to ECK books or materials, and give you a tour of our home in NYC. If you’re looking for a quiet moment to do a spiritual exercise, read a book, or maybe even meet with a friend, this is a great time to visit. It’s also a great time to learn more about Eckankar if you’ve got questions!
6:15 pm – 6:50 pm Sound of Soul Event
You are invited to join others in chanting HU, an ancient mantra, for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion in which you are invited to share your spiritual experiences, ideas, and questions.
7:00 pm–8:15 pm: Spiritual Discussion: “Nightly Dream Experiences—NDEs without Nearly Dying!”
Join us for this compelling spiritual discussion. Dream travel is a form of soul travel. Working spiritually with conscious dreaming can open you up to enter dimensions beyond this physical world. Every night is almost like we are having a near death experience because Soul is leaving the body, but not to die or permanently leave the body, but to explore the spiritual worlds and return. It’s a way to prove to yourself there is life after death.
8:15 pm–9:30 pm: Fellowship
Fellowship is your chance to meet with old friends, meet new ones, share stories, and laugh a lot. Sometimes these spontaneous moments are where the deepest connections and conversations happen.
