Becoming a Higher Expression of Divine Love with the Sound of HU

The uplifting Sound of HU allows us to harmonize with Divine energy.

At this Sound of Soul Event, you are invited to join others in chanting this ancient mantra for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion in which you are invited to share your spiritual experiences, ideas and ask questions.

“Try this simple spiritual exercise to help you hear and see the two aspects of God, the Light and Sound.

“Put your attention on your Spiritual Eye, a point just above and behind your eyebrows. With eyes lightly shut, begin to sing HU. But fill your heart with love before you approach the altar of God, because only the pure may come.

“Be patient. God speaks only when you are able to listen.”

HU, an ancient name for God, is a carrier of love between God and Soul.

Singing HU can bring healing for body, mind, and spirit, and align Soul with higher states of love, wisdom, and awareness.
