You are invited to join others in chanting HU, an ancient mantra for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion where you’re invited to share experiences, exchange ideas, and ask questions.\n“You are starting as a limited human being set down in a world of plenty.\n“There is no limitation except for the limitations you have made for yourself. These limitations are very real.\n“One way to begin coming into a greater vision of life is to sing HU when you need help. You say, ‘I’ve made my plan. HU is a carrier of love between God and Soul. Singing HU can bring healing for body, mind, and spirit.
