If you’re looking for a quiet moment to do a spiritual exercise, read a book, or maybe even meet with a friend, this is a great time to visit. It’s also a great time to learn more about Eckankar if you’ve got questions!\n7:00 pm–8:15 pm: Find Truth When You’re in Trouble: Sound of Soul Event.\nSing HU and connect with the Divine Being.\nYou are warmly invited to join like-hearted people in chanting HU, a name for God, with love for about 12 minutes, ending with a few moments of silent contemplation. Then explore how this simple spiritual exercise, whether in times of trouble or inner peace, leads you to truth—to the Divine Being.\n“Times to chant HU include when you are in trouble. When things are not going well at the office, when you’ve had a bad day or someone else is having a bad day and you happen to be lower on the pecking order, you might sing HU.\n“It’s a love song to God, a connection between Soul and the Divine Being, the Ancient of Days.
