DESCRIPTION:This ECK Light and Sound Service will offer the opportunity to concentrate on choosing your thoughts, words, and actions consciously.  This theme will be introduced followed by discussion circles where you can share your personal experiences of the moments you feel close to God and the mindfulness that brought you there.  You are also invited to share in the sacred sound of HU, a love song to God that opens the heart.\n“Prayer is sometimes a part of worship. It will take place in person at the ECK Center of Central New York, 206 East Seneca St., Manlius, New York.
