This will be followed by a spiritual discussion welcoming all to share their spiritual goals and experiences and perhaps explore the spiritual exercises or techniques we use to go deeper into the heart of Divine Spirit.\n“The best way to make contact with the Light and Sound of God is through the Spiritual Exercises of ECK.\n“One of these is simply to sing HU, a name for God.
