This spiritual practice aligns you, Soul, with higher states of love, wisdom, and awareness.\nAt a Sound of Soul event, join others in chanting this ancient mantra for about 12 minutes, and embark on a short contemplation that follows in silence. Afterward, enjoy an open discussion on the spiritual questions, insights, and experiences that you and others may have.\nSteve Waxenberg, the facilitator for this Sound of Soul event, is looking forward to sharing this special hour with you, exploring the sacred and transformative sound of HU.\nWe welcome people of all faiths, spiritual beliefs, and backgrounds.
